Established the Jupiter Fire Rescue Department, complementing our existing Jupiter Police Department to create a comprehensive public safety system as in other large municipalities and preventing a 100%+ increase in fire rescue service tax rates

Led efforts to begin a public safety campaign around e-bikes.

Ensured the protection of the 15-acre Palmwood preserve area by placing it in Town ownership and giving it a "conservation" future land use designation as an extra layer of protection.

Led efforts to designate the Old Town Hall as a local historical site.

Supported the preservation of Alice Kitching Benton House on Center Street through adaptive reuse.

Led Council efforts to formally oppose a plan for golf courses at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, making Jupiter one of the first towns to publicly state its opposition.

Championed playground upgrades and built consensus around investing in shade structures and a "flagship playground."

Negotiated and settled a decades-old Harbourside dispute and recovered more than $3 million.

Listened to small businesses impacted by the bridge closure and led efforts to host a Town "block party" event for their benefit in the inlet village.

Advocated for and helped develop a small business digital resource and "one stop shop" through the Palm Beach North Chamber's Smart and Connected Task Force.

Negotiated support for the County’s Roger Dean Stadium renovations that honors our past land contribution (25 acres) and helps local sports without overcommitting Town resources.

Advocated for our community in the state capital, helping the Town secure the full $2.4 million request for West Indiantown Road traffic improvements.

Led efforts to create Connect with Council, a series of regular informal gatherings to make local leaders more accessible to residents.
